SWEDISH BODY MASSAGE £30
Swedish massage is a whole-body therapeutic massage treatment that works the soft tissues and muscles to help restore health - creating a calming and balancing effect on the nervous system.
During a sweedish massage I will use five main types of massage techniques which include stroking, gliding, kneading, rubbing, tapping, pounding or vibration. Benefits Include :

DEEP TISSUE BODY MASSAGE £30
Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue.
It may also promote faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.
Deep Tissue Massage is best to relieve :

HOT STONE BODY MASSAGE £30
A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy. It’s used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body.
During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body. The stones are usually made of basalt, a type of volcanic rock that retains heat.
The stones may be placed:
• along your spine• on your stomach• on your chest• on your face• on your palms• on your feet and toes• I may also hold heated stones as they massage your body using Swedish massage techniques such as:
• long strokes• circular movements• vibration• tapping• kneading• I may also Sometimes use cold stones after using hot stones to calm any engorged blood vessels and to soothe the skin.
LUXURY SPA FACIAL £20
My luxurious facial treatment's start with a consultation and skin analysis to provide you with the perfect skin care products that will be customised to your skin type and requirements.
I will use a gentle cleanser to achieve the exfoliation of the skin. In an attempt to restore the skin’s freshness, its endeavors to deep cleanse the skin. As a result, the skin is left with improved skin texture, even skin tone and a properly oxygenated skin, restoring nutrients to it so that it appears a lot fresher, softer and hydrated.
I will use steam to allow your pores to open up making it easier to loosen and get rid of any dirt for a more effective deep cleanse. On top of this it improves circulation and leaves your skin clean, flushed, and glowing.
Next is extraction which is the process of clearing a clogged or compacted pore by manual or mechanical means. Most people need at least a couple of extractions during each facial, though you may require more extractions if this is your first facial.
I will apply a customised mask, There are different kinds of masks for different purposes; some are deep cleansing for cleaning the pores. The perceived effect of a facial mask treatment can be revitalizing, rejuvenating or refreshing.
Facial masks can be used to provide tighter pores, increased skin clarity, and a reduction in facial skin wrinkles,
Whilst the Mask Penetrates your skin, Relax and enjoy a hand or scalp massage as part of your treatment.
After this facial the skin feels smooth and becomes more luminous.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE £20
Indian head massage, also known as champissage, is a treatment that focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, and shoulders, often using circular massage strokes to improve hair and scalp condition.
It originates from an Indian alternative medicine system called Ayurveda, (translated as the ‘science of life’), whereby it is believed that the mind and body are intricately connected and thus can influence one another. Through this theory, is is understood that Indian head massage can not only reduce headaches and improve physical well-being, but it can also improve mental and emotional wellness too.
Indian head massage is an ancient therapeutic practice that has been used in India for over 2000 years, (since around 600 B.C.),
